MentorsCampus Inc. (“MentorsCampus,” “we,” “us”) provides digital products, online courses, memberships, and educational services.

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted after purchase:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are issued once access to digital content has been provided

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and training programs

  • Downloadable content (PDFs, audio, video)

  • Recorded webinars and masterclasses

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

For recurring memberships:

  • Payments are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

After cancellation:

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Explicitly stated on the sales page for a specific product, or

  • Required by mandatory consumer protection laws

Any approved refund is granted at the sole discretion of MentorsCampus Inc.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access

  • Forfeiture of future purchases or membership privileges

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concerns.

5. Taxes & Fees

Refunds, if granted, do not include:

  • Processing fees

  • Transaction fees

  • Taxes already paid to authorities
